Klein is a 2-year-old, 80-pound Great Pyrenees mix who has perfected the art of taking life as it comes. He came to us from the Texas floods after losing his family, a little worse for wear but with a heart that refused to quit. A few good meals, a bath, and a lot of love later, he’s now a calm, happy dog who’s ready to start his next chapter.
Klein is one of those dogs who just gets it. He’s friendly with everyone, greets new people politely, and has zero interest in creating any kind of scene. He is fine with dogs, if a touch indifferent, and he is fine with cats. Mostly, he wants to hang out with his humans, take naps in soft grass, and enjoy the simple pleasures like sunshine and snacks.
He’s got that signature Pyrenees charm: steady, soulful, and just a little bit stubborn when it suits him. He’s easy to handle, walks nicely, and knows how to mind his manners. He’ll do best in a home with a fenced yard, where he can have his daily strolls and a spot to keep an eye on the world. This is not an apartment dog and he does need a yard. He is a lovely, kind dog who deserves a happily ever after.
